Why can I not add more friends?
Your pending friend requests count towards the 50 friend limit. If your pending friend requests and your current friends equal 50, you may not add more friends. Transferring data from previous device
Can I transfer my data to new device？
If you lose your account and find that the Transfer ID does not work for you, our customer support channel will be able to help you recover your account. Please follow the instructions below
1. Reinstall the app.
2. Create a new account.
3. Finish the tutorial.
After doing the procedures above, please use the inquiry form in the bottom part of the Help Page [Transferring data from previous device] and answer as much detail as you can about your previous account.
You will also need to send information about the new account you are using so it can be replaced with your previous data.
Everything under the new account will be overwritten by your previous account.
Transferring Data between Android devices
After installing the app on your new device, launch it to find a button marked “Transfer Game Data.” Tap the button, entering the ID and password you previously created. You will then be able to pick up where you last left off.
Transferring Data between iOS and Android
You cannot transfer the data between iOS and Android due to the system difference.

Can I change my suitor without using a New Suitor Key?
Yes; however, this will require you to finish reading your current suitor’s story until the ending.
What will happen to my progress once I use a New Suitor Key?
If you change your suitor without clearing a route, you will not be able to go back to where you left off in the story. You will have to start the story over. But you will have all the attire you acquired and when you do go back to that character's route, you will once again have access to all of that character’s Garden Gachas you had unlocked.
How do I get the Secret Ending?
You have to clear the requirements for the Secret Ending, which, unfortunately, we cannot divulge. You are free to check other resources and talk to other princesses about it.
How do I get the Honey Ending, and not the Secret Ending?
Please do not take Princess Lessons more than necessary.
Can I search for my friend just by her in-game nickname?
Unfortunately, you may not add friends just by their nicknames. You must have their Friend Code or Player ID to specifically add them.
In what time zone are game notifications posted?
Currently, all game notifications are only in PST.
Can I change my nickname?
You may change your nickname by tapping the Menu button >> Game Stats >>tapping the Edit button under Nickname.
