If you lose your account and find that the Transfer ID does not work for you, our customer support channel will be able to help you recover your account. Please follow the instructions below
1. Reinstall the app.
2. Create a new account.
3. Finish the tutorial.
After doing the procedures above, please use the inquiry form in the bottom part of the Help Page [Transferring data from previous device] and answer as much detail as you can about your previous account.
You will also need to send information about the new account you are using so it can be replaced with your previous data.
Everything under the new account will be overwritten by your previous account.
Can I transfer my data between Apple devices?
Data can be transferred by doing the following:
1. On the top screen click: Data Transfer Information. You will receive a transfer ID and password.
2. Please open the game on your new device and select the option to play with transfer data. Input your ID and password.
If you could not transfer your data, you may make an inquiry with the subject Transferring data from previous device. Please fill in the inquiry form.
*If we cannot locate your data we will be unable to transfer it for you.
Can I transfer my data between other platforms?
Unfortunately, game data cannot be transferred between platforms. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
I lost my ID and password. What should I do?

I opened the app and all of my game data disappeared. What can I do?

Error during payment/Did not receive coins
I purchased points but they are not showing up.

Why is my paid content not showing up during the middle of an event?
During events game access is increased and may lead to errors in point purchases.
The beginning of events and during the end/beginning of the month are especially traffic-heavy times. Please try and avoid these times.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused because of this.
Miscellaneous in game error
I can't send any more friend requests, but I don't have 50 friends!
Friend requests you've sent and received count towards the 50 friend limit. Please cancel some friend requests and try again.
Why did the app suddenly stopped working?
Please exit the app and restart it to reload the app.
The app is not working.
Please troubleshoot by trying the following:
-Select Midnight Cinderella: Ik?men Royal Romances from your applications.
-Please delete the app data.
*If there is no option to delete app data or nothing occurred, please select delete cache data.
If you try the above and it does not improve, please make an inquiry with the details of the error.
Why does the story play so slow?
When you are reading the story, the speed for the auto play can be adjusted with the Text Speed.
1. Press the Setting button, this button is on the top right when you are reading a story. (It is a gear/cog icon)
2. Toggle Auto-play On/Off. Please turn it on if you want auto-play.
3. The third tier down is Text Speed. You can tap the - button to make the text go slower and the + button to make the text go faster.
4. Once you have it set how you want, close the window with the X on the top right. You can toggle Auto-play on with the Play button or stop Auto-play with the Pause button. (This button is under the Settings Button)
Why can't I watch AdColony videos?
Videos that are being offered depend on the area the offer is being implemented. Currently, Cybird does not have any visibility as to the number of videos and the availability of such videos for each area.
Before contacting us, please try this on your iOS device: Go to Settings > Privacy > Advertising > Limit Ad Tracking > ON/OFF > ON.
I'm not getting free coins from Adcolony.
Confirm that you are on a stable wi-fi connection when playing Adcolony videos. Videos for Adcolony are limited depending on what is available for your area per day. If you watched a video and did not get coins, we cannot reimburse those coins.
Why can I not add more friends?
Your pending friend requests count towards the 50 friend limit. If your pending friend requests and your current friends equal 50, you may not add more friends. This also applies if you are requesting another player to become your friend: if they have any pending friend requests that put their total up to 50, you cannot request them to become your friend.
Why can't I save the changes I made to my avatar?
Please go to Menu > Settings > Fashion Avatar Settings > Change Avatar (old) and try to save your changes again.
What should I do if I cannot update the app?
Please try the following:
Go to the App Store, then search for Midnight Cinderella. Tap the button on the upper right to update the app.
I received a bonus for the Ever After Prize Story but cannot find it. Where is it?
First, please read the letter you received to claim the bonus. To read letters, go to Menu > Memories > then choose a suitor and Letters.
I received a background but why is it not showing up in my Present Box or Closet?
Some backgrounds are attached to letters so please read all letters to receive it. If it is a Garden background, please check your Garden Storage.

Depending on your device, the button's position may be hidden; scroll down underneath the avatar options and press the pink Apply button, then the OK button to finish.

In what time zone are game notifications posted?
The time displayed for all game notificiations is in PST by default. However, this can be changed by going to Menu-> Settings. On the Time Zones section, you can select the time zone you wish game notifications to be displayed in.
Can I change my nickname?
You may change your nickname by tapping the Menu button >> Game Stats >>tapping the Edit button under Nickname.
Can I search for my friend just by her in-game nickname?
Unfortunately, you may not add friends just by their nicknames. You must have their Friend Code or Player ID to specifically add them.
I purchased two birthday story sets but why did I not receive the All Set Special Bonuses?
Bonuses for purchasing two birthday sets are either Room or Garden attire and could be in either your Closet or Garden Storage. Please check both your Closet and Garden Storage before contacting us.
I received a bonus side story in a collection event, but I can't find it. How do I read it?
After you've unlocked a bonus story, you can read it by going to the Bonus Stories tab on the Bonuses page of the event and selecting Read Unlocked Story of the character whose story you wish to read. If it says Locked, you have not received that story yet. If you wish to read the story after the event ends, please use an Enchanted Bookmark to save the story to your Memories before the event ends.
