I can't transfer my data/I can't remember/lost my Transfer ID/I lost my device and cannot access my Transfer information

Can I transfer my data between Android devices?
Please refer to the following when performing a data transfer.
1. You will need the transfer ID and password you set on your old device when performing a data transfer. Before changing devices, please refer to Transferring Data and set these items.
2. Please input the transfer ID and password you set using the steps above in your new device. Tap the Transfer Game Data button on the very first screen you see when you launch the game. Then input your ID and password, and your previous game data will be transferred.
If you are unable to successfully transfer your data on your own, please contact us by selecting Transferring data from a previous device on this form.
*If we cannot locate your data we will be unable to transfer it for you.
Can I transfer my data between other platforms?
Transferring from Android to other platforms and vice versa is possible, but not everything from your account may be transferred. See below.
1. Purchased or earned coins will not be transferred.
2. If you are in the middle of an event or campaign, that data may not be transferred.
3. Certain bonus attire and/or items will not be transferred (for example, bonuses obtained from Android-only events and campaigns).
*If we cannot locate your data we will be unable to transfer it for you.

Purchased coins not appearing
I didn't get my Coins.
If you experienced an error when purchasing Coins, please try the following before sending an inquiry:
1. Tap the Refresh button in the upper left hand corner of the Purchase Coins page.
2. After the page has reloaded, the correct amount of purchased coins should appear. Please note that you may have to tap multiple times for your Coins to fully restore, especially if you have more than one failed purchase.
*It may take up to 72 hours for the purchased coins to be reflected so please wait at least 72 hours before sending an inquiry.
* If the steps above did not fix the purchased coins issue for you, please contact via this page and we will assist you.
When I purchased Coins I received an error or was told they were withheld.
If you are receiving an error message or a message saying the points were withheld there may be a limitation put on your account with the Google Play Store or the company handling your payments. If you are charging for this purchase through your carrier, there may be monthly limitations on your bill. Please check with your carrier.
There is also the possibility of heavy traffic affecting purchases. Please try again at a different time. If you find that this error keeps occurring regardless, please contact Google or the company that handles your payments.
Purchasing Coins during Events
During special events and other times where there is a heavy traffic to our server, users may find difficulty making purchases. If this happens to you, please restart your device and wait for a little while before trying again.
The beginning of events and during the end/beginning of the month are times of especially heavy traffic. Please try and avoid these times when purchasing coins.
Miscellaneous in game error
I got a Voice Clip, but I can't find it. Where are they?
There are two versions of Voice Clips. One in your Memories and one in His Room. Boyfriend Gacha Voice Clips are in His Room. Please make sure to check both locations before sending us an inquiry.
I can't read the Secret Ending why?
To read the Secret Ending, you need to have completed the Sweet and the Premium Route. If you have cleared both and still can not read it, check how much Glamour you have. You need the same amount of Glamour as the Premium Ending in order to read the Secret Ending.
I didn't get my Tapjoy coins.
Please contact Tapjoy directly. (Go to Menu>> Free Coin>>Help) *Please note that we do not handle Tapjoy coins inquiries.
I didn't get my Login bonus.
You can check the Login Stamp card on My Page or the Event Page. If the number of stamps received is fewer than the day's date, it means you haven't logged in every day. The first login of the day resets at 12:00am PST every day. The stamp of the day changes at 12:00am PST every day. We cannot answer inquiries concerning the date one did not receive login stamps.
The BGMs in the Main Story aren't playing.
Please re-download the Voice data. ※This may be necessary for new Main Routes/events.
The app is not working.
Please try the following to see if your problem is solved:
-Select Ik?men Sengoku: Romances Across Time from your applications.
-Please delete the app data.
*If there is no option to delete app data or nothing happens, please select delete cache data.
If you try the above and the problem is not solved, please make an inquiry with the details of the error.
My game suddenly froze mid-story.
Occasionally the game will freeze when you get to a decision. Restart the chapter and toggle Auto-Play in your Settings (the gear icon that appears when you're reading the story) from OFF to ON or likewise. This should make the options appear properly.
When I updated the game my data was erased.

How can I check which version of the game I have?
Please do the following:
1. Press the Home button on your device.
2. Go to Settings>>Applications
3. Select Ikemen Sengoku: Romances Across Time
4. Check which version you have on the screen that shows.
*Depending on which device you have, the wording may be slightly different.
I can't update the game to the latest version.
If the newest version of the game is not showing up in the GooglePlay Store, please try the following:
Go to Settings>>Applications>>All Apps>>GooglePlay Store>>Storage>>Delete Cache
I can't receive any chapter tickets today.
Please be informed that our game follows Pacific Standard Time and your chapter tickets will be fully replenished at 12 am PST each day.
For example. If you used 3 chapter tickets and you have remaining 2 chapter tickets, when the reset takes place, only 3 chapter tickets will be replenished and added to the chapter tickets you possess as players can only acquire a maximum of 5 Chapter Tickets daily.
*Players can only acquire a maximum of 5 chapter tickets everyday and chapter tickets do not accumulate.

Even though I increased my Storage, I still can't accept my Attire/Avatars from my Present Box.
The type of storage you need to accept your item depends on the type of item you have. Attire for your room require Closet Storage, while Avatars for your Castle require Castle Storage. You can check how much space is in your Closet or Castle by doing the following:
Closet
Go to Room>>Change Attire>>Menu>>Avatar List and check the amount of Attire you have as listed at the top of the page.
Castle
Go to Room>>Castle Decoration>>Menu>>Avatar List and check the amount of Castle Avatars you have as listed at the top of the page.
If you have reached your limit for each kind of Storage, you will not be able to accept any new items to go into that Storage, so please be careful.
When I did Princess Lessons, my Stamina went from 100 to 0 after one play.
If you press the Do Lesons All At Once button, all your stamina will be used up together.
If you wish to check your Lesson history, please tap the Log button at the bottom of the page.
Is there a way to read the prologue again?
The prologue is only available to read when you first play the game. It is not saved anywhere.
Can I re-read parts of the stories?
Aside from stories that are saved to your Memories such as Premium stories and bonus stories unlocked through Castle Gacha, the only way to reread parts of the main story is to select the same suitor again and start from the beginning of his story.
I accidentally picked the wrong Suitor. Can I switch to another one?
You can switch Suitors by purchasing a Suitor Key for 10 Gold. Please be aware that if you switch suitors in the middle of a route, your progress will be reset with that suitor.
What is a secret code? Why didn't my story unlock?
Secret Codes are just a hint about what certain Castle Gacha stories are about. When you gets a Secret Code, it is not telling you they have unlocked anything. To unlock the Castle Gacha story, you have to play Castle Gacha and receive it that way.
How can I get my Mini Warlord (Super Rare piece) to appear in my Castle?
To change the suitor in your Castle, please go to Room > Castle Decoration > Menu > Choose Suitor.
Then select which suitor you want and tap Finish.
Please note that Mini Warlord Castle Suitors are automatically added to your castle, and will not be sent to your Present Box.
Gacha / Avatar
I got a Voice Clip from the Boyfriend Gacha, but it's not showing up in my Memories.
Voice Clips from the Boyfriend Gacha are not storied in your memories, but in His Room, which you can access from the Menu. Go to Menu>>His Room and select a Suitor to see which Voices of his you have.
I got his avatar from the Castle Gacha, but it's not showing up in my Castle Decoration.
To check which suitors you have in your Castle, please go to Room > Castle Decoration > Menu > Choose Suitor.
Then select which suitor you want and tap Finish.
*You can only see 3 icons at a time, but flick to the right to see any other suitors you have if you have unlocked more than 3 avatars.
*Please note that Mini Warlord Castle Suitors are automatically added to your castle, and will not be sent to your Present Box.

Voiced data/BGM is not playing correctly.

For Android devices, there are two types of Volume settings--Media Volume, and Ringtone Volume.
Additionally, you have the option of adjusting the volume while your headphones are on and when they are off.
1. Restart the app, and adjust your Media Volume by pressing the button the side of your device.
B Change the Sound Settings in the game.
You may be able to restore Voices/Sound to your game by adjusting your in-game settings.
1. Access the Menu.
2. Go to Settings/Help.
3. Tap the Settings button.
4. Switch Sound Effects and Music to 'OFF'.
5. Switch Voices to 'ON'.
If the voiced data still doesn't play after trying the above, you can also try re-downloading the data itself.
・Tap the Settings Button while in the middle of the story, switch Voice Settings to ON, and press the 'Re-download' button.
・You can also check the FAQ on how to re-download voiced data.
C Improve your Connectivity
Depending on your reception, the app may not be able to download the Voiced Data correctly.
1. Move to a place with better reception or switch to Wi-Fi.
